Dueple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the modified provisions at www.dueplesocks.com and You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Please note that any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting.

In these Terms and Conditions:
“Goods” shall mean the products that we sell on our Website from time to time, including but not limited to socks, underwear and lingerie.
“Order Confirmation” shall mean the order confirmation email issued by us to you indicating acceptance of your Order at the moment the Goods are dispatched and the relevant details of your purchased Goods.

PLACING AN ORDER
To place an Order you will have to select the Goods on the Website, select your preferred shipping method, shipment destination, and complete the check-out procedure. Before completing the check-out procedure you will be requested to register for (under the terms set forth below) or log into your User Account. You can, if you prefer, checkout without registering, but you will be required to provide the necessary personal and payment data to process the Order. We will not accept Orders placed in any way other than as detailed above.

The Website is intended solely for the purpose of selling Dueple products direct to end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. If we believe you are involved in purchase for resale, we reserve the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your Orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF GOODS ARE UNAVAILABLE
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about Goods displayed on our Website is always accurate. However, when you place an Order certain Goods may unfortunately be out of stock, especially if we were low in stock at the time you placed your order. If we are unable to send you the ordered Goods within 30 days from the date of your Order we will contact you and ask if you would like us to cancel your Order either partially or entirely and, in such a case, we will refund you the cost of the Goods in the cancelled Order, if such have been already charged by us. If we do not receive a response to our email, we will send you an email reminder. If you do not contact us within a further 3 days, we will cancel your entire Order and refund to you the cost of the Goods that was already paid.
OUR PRICING POLICY
The prices of the Goods are indicated on our Website and will be confirmed in the automated Order Confirmation email you will receive once you have placed your order. Please note that while we may display prices in other currencies for your convenience, all purchases are for the prices listed in US Dollar and exclusive of VAT (the charges for which will appear during checkout, if applicable). Banks and credit card providers may have variable exchange rates for foreign currencies, and may charge conversion fees for transactions in foreign currencies. HOW CAN I PAY
We accept most payment cards including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Payment must be made in the currency as indicated on your Order before you submit it.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you must supply your card details when you place your Order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your Order at the time your Order is placed by you. We will not accept your Order, neither will we supply the Goods to you until your credit issuer has authorized the use of your card for payment of the Goods ordered. If we do not receive such authorization we will notify you. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
We take all reasonable care to make our Website secure and to prevent frauds. All credit and debit card transactions on this Website are processed by Shopify or paypal, a secure online gateway which will be responsible for holding and automated handling in a secure environment of the information relating to your payment details. Your Goods will be supplied after your payment is confirmed and received in full by us. CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER

For the sake of clarity, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, distribute sell, license, rent, transfer, reproduce, create derivative works based on, or exploit in any way, Dueple's Content or any part thereof.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these Terms. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, industrial action or stoppages of work, any form of government intervention, a third party act or omission, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or a failure by you to affect payment.
We will inform you of any such unforeseen event as soon as possible after its occurrence and we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible. Should this interruption continue beyond a period of 30 days you will be entitled to cancel your Order and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
These Terms and Conditions and its performance shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws provisions that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The parties hereto submit the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa.
Dueple may assign at any time any of its rights and/or obligations hereunder to any third party without Your consent.
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Dueple to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed by Dueple in writing.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER
Goods ordered through this Website can be delivered to almost all countries, if you can’t find your county please contact us and we will do our best to find a way to reach you.
After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item is shipped with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped with UPS internationally, with FedEx to USA, and TNT to Israel. The delivery is fully traceable on the carrier's website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
At this time, we are unable to a P.O. Box address. Some delivery methods may not be available for some destinations, and we reserve the right to change the delivery options available at any time at our sole discretion.
All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, and all returns have to be sent to our address in the UK or the USA (information will be given after contacting us).
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Express International Shipping with UPS 5-7 Business days from the date of delivery TO YOUR DOOR.
To the United states of America, There are 2 carrier options for the customer's for his choice, UPS Express international Shipping and FedEx Express international Shipping 5-7 Business days to you door.
To Israel we deliver with TNT Express International Shipping 5-7 Business days from the date of delivery TO YOUR DOOR.
Orders that are placed before 12 am CET, Monday to Friday, will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed on Friday before 12 am CET will be delivered on the following working day.
Please note that although it is our goal to handle and deliver your Order within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Delivery charges would apply to your order based on the value of your order, and the shipment destination. At this point we deliver with UPS express only. The rates will be binding and an inseparable part of your order.

TAXES & DUTIES
VAT and sales tax that we are subject to, as applicable, are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Some taxes, duties, levies or customs may be imposed at the country of destination and as a condition to the release of the items from customs in such destinations. Such taxes, duties, levies and customs are excluded from the item price and their payment is at your sole responsibility. We will not be liable for any items that were not released from customs due to your inability to pay such fees.
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Goods within the delivery time specified in our Delivery Policy. However, any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delays in delivery.
Title to and risk of loss in your Goods will pass to you on delivery.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply send your Goods back to Dueple in the same condition it was delivered.
First send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Mention the reason for the return, and if you wish to exchange or refund. We will instruct you with further information.
Dueple would be happy to provide either a full refund or an exchange. In a case of a refund we will issue you with a full refund excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of your Order. If you wish to exchange your order for a different Goods, first return your order then we will send you the new Goods. Your Goods may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it and to the extent that they are in the exact same condition as delivered to you. All new Goods may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the Goods are unworn, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original packing before a refund is processed. Goods determined to have been worn, altered or damaged wont be sent back and no refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions, the package will not be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Making a return is easy if you follow the steps below:
Inform us of your decision to return the Goods within the aforementioned 14 days from delivery of your Order, by registering an e-mail, confirm your decision by registered letter, together with returning the package.
Mention the Goods you are returning and the reason for return, as well as your contact details, number of order and the return address if you received the Goods as a gift. If you are having trouble please contact us at email@example.com
If you have received the Goods as a gift you must provide an e-mail address and new shipping address or alternatively Goods may be returned by the original purchaser.
Ship your package with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our nearest address, information will be given to you over email.
Before returning any Goods to us please check that you:

Use all packaging that was originally supplied.
Mention your Order number.
Ensure the return address as indicated on the consignment note is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
Seal the package securely.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the Goods have been returned, by returning the Goods by registered post or by such other means which gives proof of date of postage and delivery. We recommend that you return the Goods by means which allow you to track their return and which insures you for the value of the Goods. We do not accept liability for Goods which are damaged or lost during the shipment to us.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Where you have received the Goods as a gift we will contact you using the email address given at the time of return or where this has not been provided notification will be sent to the original purchaser.
